Withdrawals to Malaysian e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, DuitNow) are processed within under 5 minutes — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including public holidays. Withdrawals to bank accounts via FPX may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank. Your first withdrawal requires KYC verification, which takes under 30 minutes — once KYC is complete, all subsequent withdrawals are processed within the standard timeframes above.

The minimum withdrawal amount at Sobat500 is RM30 per transaction. Withdrawals must be made to an account or e-wallet in the same name as registered on your Sobat500 account — this is a security requirement that ensures your funds only go to an account that genuinely belongs to you. There is no limit on how many withdrawals you can make per day, as long as each withdrawal exceeds the minimum of RM30.

Withdrawals may be delayed or declined for several reasons:
  • KYC (identity verification) not yet completed for your first withdrawal
  • The bank account or e-wallet name does not match the name registered on your Sobat500 account
  • Bonus rollover requirement not yet met — the bonus balance must be rolled over before it can be withdrawn

Bonus & Promotions

New Sobat500 members are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to RM288 for their first deposit. This bonus is credited to your account's bonus balance after you claim it from the Promotions section. Rollover refers to the total amount you need to wager before winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a RM50 bonus with a 10x rollover requirement, you need to place a total of RM500 in bets (RM50 × 10) before the bonus balance can be converted to your main balance and withdrawn. Bets placed at odds of 1.50 and above typically count in full towards the rollover requirement. Check the terms of each bonus individually, as rollover conditions may vary between promotions.

Generally, only one active bonus is allowed at a time. You must first fulfil the rollover requirements of your current bonus before claiming a new one. However, certain promotions such as Odds Boost can be used alongside a deposit bonus as they are not counted as a separate bonus. Sobat500 displays odds in Decimal format, which is the most straightforward to understand. Calculating your winnings is simple: Winnings = Stake × Odds. For example, if you place a RM100 bet at odds of 2.10, your total payout if you win is RM210 (including your original RM100 stake). At odds of 1.90, your payout would be RM190. In general, bets that have been placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled — this is an industry standard.
